Essential Competition Day Logistics: In-Person Centers |
|
Prepare your test booklets, print personalized answer sheets from the March 12th Scantron email, and follow strict scanning and reimbursement guidelines.

Essential Competition Day Logistics: Online Centers |
|
If you are an online center and proctor the test remotely, you need to provide a platform that can run for a minimum of 90 minutes, or 120 minutes for approved special needs students. If you will administer the online test in the classroom, no additional platform is required.

⚠️ Attendance and Tardiness Policy |
|
Official Policy: There are no official make-up tests scheduled for students who miss the exam or arrive late, whether they are registered for in-person or online sessions.
Manager Discretion: We understand that life happens. Managers have the discretion to allow a student to take the test at an alternate time (either later the same day or the following day) under special circumstances; must ensure a proctor is available to supervise the student for the full duration. |
