1. Set Up Your Proctoring Platform Managers are responsible for providing the video conferencing platform (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, etc.).

• Requirement: The platform must support at least 90 minutes of continuous streaming.

• Communication: Email the meeting link to your students one week before the exam and send a final reminder one day before the competition.

2. Managing Student Access (The "Admit" Step) The Math Kangaroo LMS gives you full control over when the exam starts.

• Important: Students will be held in a "Waiting Room" and cannot start the exam until you click "Admit to Exam" in your manager account.

3. Proctoring & Troubleshooting Review the Online Proctoring Instructions for guidance on:

• Monitoring students during the exam.

• Assisting with login/password recovery.

• Answering technical or procedural questions.
